  • Our primary focus is serving “Refugees” connecting them with professional clients such as investment firms, banks and institutional investors.

  • "Account" means a user account created on the ATLANTE platform.

  • "Client" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

  • "Digital Asset" refers to any digital representation of a value or right stored on a distributed ledger technology platform.

  • "GIS" refers to a geospatial information system used for capturing, storing, analyzing, and managing geographic data.

  • "Services" refers to all services offered by ATLANTE, including tokenization, digital asset custody solutions, and the GIS platform.

  • "Tokenization" refers to the process of converting a real-world asset into a digital representation on a blockchain or distributed ledger technology platform.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Services.

  • ATLANTE reserves the right to restrict access to the Services to certain jurisdictions or user types at its sole discretion.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the Services.


 

4. Account Creation and Use

  • To access certain Services, you may be required to create an Account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

  • You agree to notify ATLANTE immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

5. Services

  • ATLANTE offers a range of financial services, including:

    • Tokenization: We provide a secure and compliant platform for tokenizing various assets, including securities, real estate, and art.

    • Digital Asset Custody Solutions: We offer secure and insured custody solutions for a variety of digital assets.

    • GIS Platform: We provide a powerful GIS platform that allows clients to visualize, analyze, and manage spatial data related to their investments and other activities.

  • ATLANTE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time and without prior notice.

6. Fees and Charges

  • ATLANTE charges fees for certain Services.

  • The specific fees and charges applicable to each Service will be clearly disclosed on our website or in a separate agreement.

  • You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, associated with the Services are the exclusive property of ATLANTE or its licensors.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

  • The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ATLANTE disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • ATLANTE does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

  • You acknowledge and agree that you use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ATLANTE will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if ATLANTE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • ATLANTE may terminate these Terms, or suspend or terminate your access to the Services, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

  • You may terminate these Terms by closing your Account.

12. Force Majeure

ATLANTE shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

14. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ATLANTE and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

15. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Amendment

  • ATLANTE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.

  • We will post any changes to the Terms on our website and notify you via email or through other appropriate means.

  • Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
